In this 2 hour Life Coaching session, we will discover what is causing you the most pain. During the session, you will be able to express any feelings that arise safely, and you will learn two simple but powerful ways to calm yourself, so you can take the edge off a strong emotion. You will leave the session knowing how to begin managing your emotions much better. You will have a plan of action and will have made a great start towards feeling more confident and in control.

How are you getting on

Two weeks after our session, we will get on the phone for a 45-minute catch up to see how you are doing. In this session, we will look at what is working well for you and what isn’t.
We will address any problems or concerns to make sure that you are going in the right direction.
