BREAKTHROUGH – A course to enhance your well-being

This course is for you whether you have experienced coaching/self development work before or this is your first time. I will be able to help you get to the route of the issue very quickly, aiming for change that lasts rather than moving two steps forward one step back.

I have a gift for connecting with your energy, tapping into what you are feeling and using coaching and other tools to guide you through.

I can help you experience deep emotions for healing to happen, without being pulled into the backstory, the drama. We are emotional beings and it is necessary, for lasting change, to feel in order to heal. It works.

This coaching/self development and well- being course is for you, if you feel that you are at a cross roads where you could carry on doing the same thing or feel ready to do something different to get different results. Because to do the same thing is becoming more and more uncomfortable; or you are just plain discontented with your life; or you are not sure what you need, but know you don’t want more of the same; or you want to be more effective; manage your emotions; make great decisions; move through challenges with grace and ease; and develop a successful life mindset.


  • If you want and need practical tips and tools to help you be with your emotions more effectively, to help make your life easier.
  • If you have too much to do and not enough hours in the day and you find yourself trying harder and harder, sometimes, to keep things under control.
  • If you over analyse a situation or what someone has said, by over thinking the problem and you find your thoughts are sometimes just variations of the same thing. It feels a bit like being on a hamster wheel that you can’t get off.
  • If you try to work it all out in your head, feeling that you need to take control all the time of situations and people etc
  • If you try to push feelings away. Fighting the feelings and thoughts that come up, in the hope that they will disappear, this may work for a while but not in the long run.
  • If you feel angry because of things that happened, that were out of your control.
  • If you felt difficulties were piling up so high, that you could not overcome them.
  • If you become easily annoyed or irritable.
  • If you feel bad about yourself – not liking/loving yourself.
  • If you feel that you have let yourself or others down.
  • If you react impulsively – making decisions when emotional.
  • If you feel generally discontented with your life.
  • If you sometimes blame others or circumstances, for things that happen or are said.
  • If you take things personally and are unable to see, in the moment, other possibilities and from different perspectives.
  • If you feel that you are not comfortable with emotions, such as sadness, anger, irritation, frustration, anxiety, guilt, overwhelm and will usually do anything you can to avoid feeling them.

  • Come to a place of acceptance.
  • Become more self aware and expand your comfort zone.
  • Be able to be in the present, rather than in the past or future.
  • Create the space, clear emotional blocks that enable new ways of responding to situations and others.
  • Move towards more tolerance, gratitude, forgiveness for yourself and others.
  • Be able to love yourself unconditionally.
  • Have a better relationship with your emotions, others and yourself.
  • Heal past hurts, grievances. This can happen easily as we work together.
  • Help you to become aware of your self sabotaging patterns of behaviour, that hinder rather than help.
  • Start to let go of patterns, behaviours, thoughts that don’t serve you anymore and move into new ones that do, thereby being the change you wish to see in the world.
  • Let go of taking things personally and identifying with the thoughts in your head or any other external thing.
  • Get back in touch with who you really are. To build strong roots so you can grow and develop, in a way that you can be more true to yourself and able to be in the world the way you want to be.
  • Learn techniques that you can take away with you. These techniques will enable you to have greater clarity, less stress and anxiety so you can be clear about your priorities. This will enable you to have more time, accept where you are in any moment and support you to achieve what you want.
  • Learn how to be with your emotions, in a new way, learning how to let them flow through you so you don’t stay stuck in them.
  • Helping you to look within you for the answers, you have all the answers already. I will help you to explore what you really need and already know. Giving you the tools, and the support to access those answers.
  • Helping you to become more integrated, more aware of the mind, body, spirit connection.
