Who I work with

I work with you if you are frequently triggered by something in the present, that may remind you of experiences from the past which you replay over and over in your head. Or you are unsure why you often become overwhelmed with feelings such as anger, sadness, anxiety, and low-self worth and don’t know what to do or how to change this.

“Take the edge off”  Single session

In this single session, we will focus on what you are struggling with right now. By the end of the 2 hours, you will be able to take the edge of your emotions around a particular issue, feeling relief, calmer, more relaxed and able to cope, with a sense that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

You will leave the session with a way forward, to change what is not working well in your life and knowing how to manage your emotions much better. You will have a plan of action and will have made a great start towards feeling more confident and in control.
